types of participants
If you want to register on the site as an individual to participate in the system for your own personal purposes, not related to commercial activities on a regular basis, then fill out the registration form: Individual.
If you want to register on the site as an individual entrepreneur to participate in the system for the purpose of commercial activities on a regular basis, and this activity is registered with the tax authorities, then fill out the registration form: Individual entrepreneur.
If you want to register on the site on behalf of any institution (enterprise, organization, institution), and your activity is registered with the tax authorities, then fill out the registration form: Legal entity.
All information you fill out through the form on the site and sent via communication channels is protected by end-to-end data encryption.
Your data is securely protected. We do not transfer any of your data to tax or other regulatory authorities.
To start working with the system, no personal data is required. For example, last name, registered address, passport details, tax number, etc. - Not needed!
You independently determine your type of participant in the system for the convenience of other participants with whom you will interact.

1. Recommended browser for working with the Mozilla system; Chrome.
2. All form fields are required.
3. As a Login, you must use at least 3 (Three) characters of the Latin keyboard layout. An email or phone number can also be used.
You cannot use special characters in the Login, such as ' (apostrophe), " (quotes), \ (backslash).
4. As a working Email, you must use an email to which you have access. Only one Local System can be registered per email.
5. Enterprises, organizations, institutions and other SPDs must indicate in the Name of the local system the official name of the institution from the registration documents (indicate the organizational and legal form at the end).
Local self-government bodies, territorial communities (unified territorial communities), local executive authorities must add the name of the district and region (region) to the official name.
6. If there is no Country in the list; Region; District; Settlement, it is allowed to enter the name in manual mode in the state language.
7. The password must be at least 6 characters, it must consist of numbers and letters of the Latin keyboard layout of upper and lower case. For example, Dj74Yg.
Special characters such as ' (apostrophe), ` (backtick), " (quotation marks), \ (backslash) cannot be used in the password.
