Terms of the loyalty program
For each token purchased using the unique Agent identifier when booking tokens, the Agent receives a reward of 50 (Fifty) US dollars (5% of the token value).
A financial participant in the project who purchases tokens through a reservation using the unique Agent identifier receives tokens at a discount of 50 (Fifty) US dollars for each token purchased (5% of the token value). (You cannot use your own ID in the system to receive a discount. When concluding an agreement to receive tokens, this will be revealed, the program will be canceled).
The Agent receives his/her remuneration:
- or in cash;
- or in the case of attracting Financial Participants who have purchased a total of 20 tokens, can exchange it for the Project's own token.
How to attract financial participants?
The Agent independently distributes presentation about the Token Issue Prospectus to its unlimited circle of persons using its own unique identifier in the system.
The distribution channels are not limited.
This may be:
• sending out electronic messages via a database;
• posts on social networks;
• group messages in instant messengers;
• publication in own channels via the Internet system;
other information distribution channels.
Persons who learned about the possibility of reserving Project tokens with the help of the Agent, when filling out the online token reservation form (https://mirimc.com/en/for-investors/), indicate the unique Agent ID in the "Referrer (recommender)" field.
In the event that the Token Issuer concludes an agreement with the Financial Participant of the Project on the acquisition of project tokens, the Agent receives a reward in accordance with the Terms of this loyalty program.
Where can I get the unique Agent ID?
Register on the Project website by selecting the appropriate type for registration.
In the response letter about registration, each registered person receives information about their unique identifier in the "ID" system.
How can I find out about the reservation of tokens and the conclusion of an agreement using the Agent ID?
1. The Organizer of the system notifies the Agent through the Personal Account in the system about such a reservation and the conclusion of an agreement.
2. The Agent can request an extract with information about the reservation of tokens, which automatically records all Agent IDs if used.
3. From the moment the MLM module is added to the system, the Agent will see this information automatically.
